Overview
Social Cigar Lounge is a great spot for a nice selection of cigars, excellent drinks, and super chill laid back atmosphere.
Nice selection and variety of price points. The humidor is well stocked and organized with many well known and respected cigar brands. The humidity level is spot on. Some notable brand you will find here: Plasencia, Drew Estate, Padron, Davidoff, A. Fuente, My Father, Espinosa, La Flor Dominica, Room 101, and many more.
Having been here multiple times I have found the experience to be consistently great.The ventilation is good but can get a little overwhelmed if there is a large crowd. However, the staff pays close attention to ensure that is addressed. The lounge and bar are very clean and I see the staff regularly emptying the ashtrays to reduce odor and maintain a neat and tidy space. There are plenty of seating areas with stylish and comfortable furniture. There is also seating at the bar and several well positioned TV’s allow for watching a variety of sporting events. It feels like a proper cigar lounge!
The staff are quick to help, knowledgeable about their cigars, and genuinely nice people to interact with. They are attentive to your needs without being overbearing and a quick wave of the hand or a few steps to the bar are always met with quick and cordial responses.
Deleted: You should expect a very nice selection of cocktails, whiskeys, wine and more. They have seasonal drinks as well that add a nice variety. Bartenders are excellent and the drinks are on point but might be a bit pricey for some people. Cigar prices are reasonable and on par with most places in the area. I’d say they are close to retail with some deals if you look carefully. The overall value is good when you take in the level of service, quality of drinks, and ambience. Depending on your cigar and drink selection I’d estimate $35-$50 a person for a good cigar and drink before tax – again, this can vary significantly on your choices. Also worth noting that they do have some light food (app sized) options should you arrive a little hungry or need some calories to offset that 6×60 Maduro your are smoking.
It is not difficult to get to Social Cigar as it is off a main road near a lot of amenities. If you are visiting and staying downtown Greenville you should expect an easy 10 minute ride to get there. Their hours are great for those who may want to get a cigar after lunch, have the afternoon off or work remote using the free Wi-fi. Of course, you can stay late if that is your speed as well.
Social Cigar Lounge has a membership option that provides discounts, cigar lockers, event perks and more that make it worth consideration if you are a local. They also have regular events and frequent visits from the top cigar manufacturers who come for cutting and promotional events.
Standout Moments
The service is excellent. The decor has a refined man cave feel that makes you feel relaxed and at home. You should have no problem finding a favorite stick from the humidor as they have a very nice variety of options to fit anyones preferences.
Who would love this lounge
Anyone looking for a laid back classic lounge vibe. Come alone or with a group. Staff and customers are always friendly.

You will not be disappointed when you visit Social Cigar Lounge. I’d certainly say it is one of the best in the area!
